I made it through the last two years of college without cable and did just fine. Then I made it through the first year or so of marriage just fine. Then I got cable again, and I'm fiendish. I must have it.
Mostly for Mythbusters.
i won't be without it (unless i'm faced with homelessness, of course) cable, internet, netflix. each is about the cost of one night out, to varying extravegances, and amount to an entire months worth of entertainment.
